This service is not available for group bookings and  in case of infants or passenger requiring special assistance. If you travel with an infant, you must provide the infant’s name upon making the booking. 

 

This service is only available before completion of the booking. After you have completed the reservation and you want to change the name(s) of your travel companion(s) you cannot select the flexible travel partner service, but you must provide the name(s) of your new travel companion(s) and pay the applicable fee for the name change.

 

 

No, at least one name shall be indicated in the booking.

No, all names shall be finalised to be able to check in for the flight.

 

Check-in has to be completed latest 3 hours before the scheduled time to departure.

If not all the names of the flexible travel partner has been provided until online check-in, we consider it as cancellation of the booking by you for the flexible travel partner whose name has not been provided and apply the terms of the General Conditions of Carriage.  

If you selected Plus Fare and wish to check in at the airport, you have to provide the names of the flexible travel partner online by opening the booking not later than three hours before the scheduled departure time. If you do not complete the missing names on time, it will be treated as a cancellation of the reservation by you.

For example if you had a booking for five persons, and you provided two names during the booking and added three flexible travel partner, and you would not provide the name of one of the flexible travel partner by the given deadline, we will treat it as if you cancelled the reservation for one passenger and will act according to the General Conditions of Carriage.

You can pay your booking by credit card or by using the credit on your WIZZ Account. Bank transfer is not available for paying for reservations with flexible travel partners.

 

Once names of flexible travel partner are completed, you can change any of them by paying the name change fee.

Yes, you can check in at the airport, but only if you have provided the names of the Flexible Travel Partner online latest 3 hours before the scheduled departure time of your flight.

Otherwise we will treat the booking of the Flexible Travel Partner whose name has not been provided, as cancelled by you.

 

If you do not provide the name within the given deadline, we treat the booking of your travel partner whose name has not been provided as if you have cancelled his booking and we will act according to the General Conditions of Carriage. If you show up at the airport with your travel partner, whose name has not been provided, he will not be allowed to travel.

 

Airport check-in service is not available if your booking includes the flexible travel partner service, except if you selected Plus fare.

Please note, that even if you selected Plus fare and want to check in at the airport, you must provide the names of your flexible travel partner online, not later than 3 hours before the scheduled departure time of your flight.
