Auto Check-in

Automatically checks you and your travel companions in to your flight 50 hours before your scheduled departure time. Auto Check-in is available for all bookings. Just make sure to add the service for each person and each leg of their journey.

Sorted - your boarding card(s)

After the Auto check-in service has checked you in, your boarding card(s) is automatically sent to you (for bookings including up to 10 passengers). If your booking contains more than 10 passengers everyone will be checked in but the boarding cards will not be emailed. Each passenger must retrieve it from wizzair.com.

Check-in occurs automatically, 50 hours before departure.
You can add it any time up to 4 hours before departure of your flight.
Auto Check-in must be added individually, both to each section of the journey and each passenger’s reservation.
If you can check in online at your airport, then you can add Auto Check-in.
The owner of the reservation receives their boarding card and any others in the booking via email. Boarding cards are sent just after you’ve been checked in. You can also access them through your online itinerary.
Some airports accept digital boarding cards, but if not, please make sure you print out your boarding cards.
Yes. Auto Check-in is included in the WIZZ Plus package, but can also be added if you have WIZZ Flex, airport check-in, Flexible travel partner, or WIZZ Priority service in your booking.
To be able to enjoy Auto Check-in, we need to review your contact phone number for Auto Check-in to travel in the Schengen zone, and review your travel documents for travelling outside of Schengen.
No, you are only required to submit that information once.
You can add it when you’re booking your flight, when using “fare lock”, and on your itinerary page; in general, you won’t find it in other places on our site.
We ask you to submit this information on your itinerary page, and it can be added up to 4 hours before your flight is scheduled to take off. After that, it won’t work!

Yes, we will refund that charge in case your flight is cancelled, or if you’ve changed your flight plans through WIZZ Flex cancellation more than 14 days before scheduled time of departure.

Your Auto Check-in is not refundable if you’ve changed your flight without WIZZ Flex, in cases when you’ve booked Auto Check-in for an airport where you must check in manually, or if you’ve already checked in manually.

No, it was your obligation to add that information according to the terms of Auto Check-in service.
No, Auto Check-in will check you in automatically, but you are allowed to check yourself in manually at an earlier time. In such cases, you are not entitled to a refund.
Unfortunately, no refund can be made in such cases.
